Mark missed his 5-foot par putt to win the tournament and left the door open for Slocum to tie by making his 4-foot par putt. Calcavecchia thought for sure it was going to sudden-death, but Heath lipped out and the tournament was over.
Mark finished with a 1-under 70 and -10 for the tournament with 2 other players (John Senden, Heath Slocum) tied at -9. His paycheck for winning the 2007 PODS Championship was $954,000.

What's In Phil Mickelson's Golf Bag?
Phil Mickelson won the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am this last weekend, which was his first tournament win since the U.S. Open meltdown last year at Winged Foot. Do you want to know what he was carrying in his golf bag during his win?
Driver: Callaway FT-5 8.5°
3 Wood: Callaway X 13°
Hybrid: Callaway 2H FT-Hybrid
Irons: (4-PW) Callaway X-Tour
AW: Callaway X-Tour 52°
SW: Callaway X-Tour 56°
LW: Callaway X-Tour 60°
Putter: Odyssey White Hot XG #9
Ball: Callaway HX Tour
Phil practically lapped the field on Sunday by tieing for the lowest round of the day 66, which included an incredible 9-birdies. Mickelson was definitely on his game and seemed to be very confident with his putter, but I thought the most impressive part of his game was his driver. He was the most accurate I've seen him off the tee in a long time. With Phil's 66 on Sunday he ended up at -20 with a 5-shot victory, which are both ties for tournament records. He took home $990,000 for the win.

Tiger needed his 'A' game on Sunday because there were a lot of golfers within 1 or 2 strokes of he lead going into the back 9. Charles Howell III gave Tiger a run for his money in the last 4 holes, which forced Tiger to take his game to the Tiger level. Tiger finished with a round of 6 under 66 to win by 2 strokes over Charles Howell III, and 3 shots of rookie sensation Brandt Snedeker. Not that Tiger needs the money, but he took home $918,000 for the win.
