Guess what? The Ping Eye 2 iron set is the #1 sought after golf club! I know it's a shocker. The Ping Eye 2 has been the #1 most sought after club for over 2 years and running. The Titleist Vokey Spin Milled Wedge has held the #2 spot for a few months now. I have both the 56 and 60 degree Vokey Spin Milled wedges and they're a great wedge.

There's actually a tie for the hottest golf club of the month. Both the Callaway Golf X-20 Iron Set and the Ping G5 Iron set jumped up 4 positions in the top 10. The Callaway Golf X-18 Iron Set fell from the #5 spot down to #8. Both Taylormade and Ping have 3 of the top 10 golf products this month.

The hottest golf club for this month is the TaylorMade RAC OS Iron set, which jumped from #9 to #3. The Callaway Golf X-20 Iron Set fell from the #2 spot down to #6. This month Taylormade has 4 of the top 10 golf products beating out Ping with just 3.

How can The Ping Eye 2 iron set continue to stay on top? I continue to say this, but these golf clubs must be something else for them to remain in the number spot for so long. I've received additional comments from golfers and they swear by the Ping brand. If you play Ping irons I'd like to hear from you.

Jonathan basically took the tournament in his own hands by making 3 birdies down the stretch out of the last 5 holes. Third round leader Nathan Green finished in a tie for third place with Troy Matteson at 15-under. Byrd earned $738,000 for the win.

Hunter started the final round very much in contention. He needed a birdie on 18 to tie for the lead and he did just that by sinking a 7-footer. Jay Williamson could have won it by making his 12-footer on the same hole, but he missed it.

They both went back to the tee on 18 and put their drives in the fairway. Mahan stuck his approach shot 2 feet from the pin. Williamson hit his to within 7 feet, but missed his putt high. Hunter made his 2-footer for his first PGA Tour victory. Mahan took home $1.08 million for the win.
